The Neta Warranty
Husqvarna provides a manufacturer’s replacement warranty against faulty workmanship in manufacture and/or defective components to the initial purchaser for each new Neta branded product produced or sold by Husqvarna and purchased in Australia or New Zealand. To make a valid claim under this manufacturer’s warranty, the product and proof of purchase must be provided to the retailer where the item was purchased. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, adjustments and/or modifications by the consumer or normal wear and tear, the costs of shipping and handling, travel expenses, lost time, or pickup and delivery.
For Australian Consumers
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
For New Zealand Consumers
This manufacturer’s warranty is in addition to the rights and remedies provided by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
