1. Are Neta’s range of tap timers suitable to use with bore water and pumps? Should I be using a filter?
Neta’s range of tap timers can be used on a pumped bore water system as long as the pressure does not exceed 600 kPa.
If the water contains a lot of sediment than a filter would be good, but if it is relatively clear then there is an inbuilt filter in the washer supplied with the timer that should catch most of the bits in the water. This filter would need to be checked and cleaned regularly.

5. How can I extend the lifetime of my Neta hose?
Like any product the better it is protected the longer it will last. With your Neta hose it is suggested it is stored in the shade on a hose reel to ensure a longer life.
6. What kind of things do I need to consider when buying a hose?
It is important to consider what tasks your hose will be used for. If it is basic gardening then a less expensive hose would be suitable, but if the hose will be used for heavy duty tasks it is suggested something more heavy duty is used such as the Black Gold or Platinum KAT. It is also important to consider whether it will reach the areas you need to water. The longer the hose the more likely it is to tangle.
7. Can I use water with cleaning products in it on the garden?
If you using strong cleaning products it is suggested that the greywater is diverted back to the sewer to ensure that no harm comes to the environment.
